Pesantren juga menegaskan diri sebagai institusi pendidikan islam yang berperan dalam perjuangan atau perlawanan pada kolonialisme sejak zaman kerajaan sampai lahirnya bangsa indonesia, juga andil yang besar pula terhadap perjuangan mempertahankan kemerdekaan. Tidak berhenti di situ saja, keberhasilan pesantren melahirkan tokoh-tokoh agama, pejuang, tokoh politik, dan pemimpin masyarakat, merupakan bukti konkrit bahwa pesantren berperan dalam membangun indonesia. Meskipunn kondisi fisik yang seringkali sederhana pesantren ternyata mampu menunjukkan eksistensinya dan mampu memberikan contoh pola atau model kehidupan sosial yang baik, bagi masyarakat pesantren itu sendiri, bahkan memberi pengaruh positif bagi masyarakat di sekitar pesantren. Dengan tempaan yang panjang pesantren mampu melahirkan kyai dan santri yang fleksibel dalam karir dan pengabdiannya pada bangsa dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa dalam pendidikan pesantren ada eksistensi yang hebat dan ada dinamisme yang adaptif terhadap kemajuan eksternal, bahkan seiring dengan perkmbangan zaman banyak pesantren yang mampu bertransformasi dari institusi pendidikan yang sederhana menjadi institusi pendidikan yang mmiliki modernitas dalam banyak hal, seperti pesantren yang memiliki perguruan tinggi, universitas, rumah sakit, koprasi syari’ah dan lain-lain. Through the pesantren salaf traditions, santri are educated to be used to carry out scientific traditions, the ubudiyah traditions (worshiping traditions ), and social traditions. On the other hand, there is one type of boarding school that stands in the middle of the civil society with all its students are called santri kalong. This type of boarding school can be called as pesantren masyarakat. Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School is one of them. This article aims to describe the efforts of Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School in optimizing its activities by adopting the pesantren salaf traditions. From the perspective of data analysis type, this research is a qualitative research. From the level of explanation, the method used in this research is descriptive. From this research, it was concluded that Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding Sch-ool is a pesantren masyarakat that fulfills the five elements of the boarding school, namely: Islamic boarding school building, mosque, kyai, santri, and yellow book. Furthermore, Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School was optimizing the traditions of yellow book learning, the worshiping traditions, and social traditions as it's done in pesantren salaf . Because of the vast scope of management, the social community, government bureaucracy, organization and world government. The era of disruption makes managerial leadership required to be present and appear in the treasury of change or extinction in civilization. It must also be seen that a leader must also be able to see extreme conditions and situations in making decisions and policies that are in accordance with the leadership style applied, and situational leadership must also be coated with a collaborative leadership model and the type of leadership that will apply it to the political context also needs to be refined and put into the context of the bureaucracy or organization. So that raises questions about how the managerial bureaucracy seeks to draw a view of the dimensions of Islamic transformative leadership by presenting a model of transformative leadership in the form of superiority and managerial characteristics of the bureaucracy that is seen from the prophetic values </em><em>​​</em><em>and views of the Qur'an. To answer this research question, researchers collected data through documentation methods, then after the data was collected, analyzed through content analysis and critical analysis. They need it to optimized their social and personal skill. Child protection had more wide scope, this research focused on special need children protection toward bullying. Australia’s Child protection program&nbsp; was adapted and developed by researcher because it appropriate with Indonesia’s culture.</p> <p>The aim of this research were developing the bullying protection program for special need children in inclusive school and knowing the expediency result of developed bullying protection program for special need children.</p> <p>This research was <em>Research and Development (R&amp;D) </em>&nbsp;with Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel model (1974). Berbagai inovasi dilakukan untuk menciptakan suasana&nbsp; belajar yang baikdan menarik bagi santri, dengan harapan dapat memahami kandungan makna dlam setiap kitab kuning yang diajarkan sehingga santri mempunyai perilaku takdzim yang baik kepada setiap orang.</p> <p>Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) korelasi antara manajemen kelas dengan perilaku takdzim santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurut taqwa Sangkapura Gresik. (2) korelasi antara kemampuan membaca kitab kuning dengan perilaku takdzim santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurut Taqwa, (3) korelasi antara manajemen kelas dan kemampuan membaca kitab kuning secara bersamaan dengan perilaku takdzim santri di Pondok pesantren Nurut Taqwa Sangkapura Gresik.</p> <p>Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metodologi kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data penyebaran angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik sampel dengan 50 santri sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan system SPSS 23 dengan uji prasyarat: uji normalitas data, uji regresi ganda, uji linearitas dan uji hipotesis.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian dari analisis data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian tindakan kelas VIIni dilakukan dalam 2 siklus tindakan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dapat diketahui sejauh mana peserta didik dapat melakukan wudhu dengan runtut dan benar. Agar dapat mengetahui adanya keberhasilan peserta didik dalam berwudhu, maka dilaksanakan tes wudhu. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, bahwa penggunaan Media Bergambar pada mata pelajaran PAI pada pokok bahasan wudhu peserta didik autis kelas VII SMPLB Putra Jaya Kota Malang meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya aktivitas belajar, yakni pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 64%. Pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 75,56%. Serta hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat, ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 80% dari ketuntasan klasikal yang di tetapkan yaitu 70%. Kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran menggunakan Media Bergambar juga meningkat hingga mencapai keberhasilan 96% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali. The educational methods for teaching grammar were bored. The teacher must choose the appropriate educational method with enough students and the existing school tools. Most of the grammar book for students of the religious school is still in the form of paragraph descriptions only. This made the book boring and difficult to understand. Therefore, the teacher needs an educational method of grammar based on the new and interesting look. One of the interesting new form suitable for grammar is the educational book in the form of a mind map. The entry used in this research is the quantitative entry and the researcher used the experimental method in this research. The use of the Concept Map method made the grammar process effective. The researcher has also resolved the data related to the aforementioned code. It has also been reported in the data analysis table that the value of the t-test 2,019 is greater than the t-table with a 0.05 a which is 1.684, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then it can be concluded that the students ’scores on the post-test increase more compared to the results of the pre-test.
