Abstrak

Inovasi sekor publik memiliki peran penting dalam menjawab tantangan global dan meingkatkan kualitas pelayanan pubik. Namun, di Indonesia, banyak inovasi sektor publik tidak berkelanjutan dan gagal terimplementasi dalam janga panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan inovasi sektor publik di Indonesiamelalui pendekatan literatur review. Dengan mengintegrasikan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology for Innovation in the Public Sector (UTAUT-IPS), kajian ini memetakan hubungan antara faktor internal (seperti dukungan manajemen publik, karakteristik inovasi, dan niat berperilaku pengguna) dan faktor eksternal (speerti tekanan politik dan kolaborasi lintas sektor) dalam membentuk keberlanjutan inovasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model UTAUT-IPS dapat menjadi kerangka konseptual yang komprehensif untuk memahami dan merancang strategi keberlanjuan inovasi di sektor publik. Penelitian ini memberikann kontribusi teoritis bagi pengembangan model adopsi dan keberlanjutan inovasi, serta menawarkan strategis bagi pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi sektor publik di Indonesia.
