DEVELOPMENT MEDIA PAGABIL (BOARD LINE NUMBERS) TO INCREASE NUMERACY INTEGER CLASS IV MI MIFTAHUL HUDA NGASEM

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the types of mathematics learning media that have been used at MI Miftahul Huda Ngasem, (2) develop mathematics learning media at MI Miftahul Huda Ngasem, (3) determine the effectiveness of mathematics learning media at MI Miftahul Huda Ngasem. This type of research is research and development (R&D) which uses the Borg and Gall development design model. The population of this study were fourth grade students at MI Miftahul Huda Ngasem. The study was conducted during a pandemic, so the sample was taken by random sampling. The instruments used to collect data are observation, interviews and achievement tests. The media development steps include (1) needs analysis, (2) media design, (3) media development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation, followed by conducting expert team validation tests and media effectiveness tests. From the results of the products that have been developed, the product feasibility has been tested by material experts and media experts. Based on the results of the material validation test, it shows that PAGABIL media has a 100% feasibility level which is in the "very feasible" qualification. The results of the media alhi validation test show that PAGABIL media has a 95% feasibility level which is in the "very feasible" qualification. Practical results were carried out to 3 students by obtaining a student percentage of 98.33%. So that PAGABIL media was declared indispensable and contributed greatly to support learning.
