USING QIRO'ATI METHOD TO INCREASE THE ABILITY TO REPUT AND UNDERSTAND TAJWID IN AL-QUR'AN HADITH LESSONS

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to recite and understand tajwid in the subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith, the legal material for reading Al Qamariyah and Al Syamsiyah by using the Qiro'ati method. The ability to recite is the ability to remember, store and re-display something that is observed. Comprehension is the ability to understand a higher level of knowledge. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a quantitative approach to the type of critical study. Types of Simultaneous Classroom Action Research Integrated with Mc. Kernan. The results showed that the average score of students in the cognitive aspect of the first cycle was 67 with the number of students who completed 42% and on the psychomotor aspect the average value of the students was 71 with the number of students who completed 78%. While in the second cycle the average score of students in the cognitive aspect increased to 80 with the number of students who completed 72% and the psychomotor aspect also increased with an average student score of 75 with the number of students who completed 89%. The results of the test analysis in cycle I and cycle II showed that the application of the Qiro'ati method could improve students' ability to recite and understand tajwid on the legal material of reading Al qamariyah and Al syamsiyah by using the Qiro'ati method.
