Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada Guru tentang pentingnya mengembangkan critical thinking dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam proses pembelajaran, critical thinking menjadi fokus penting karena melalui critical thinking inilah memungkinkan pengetahuan untuk berkembang sehingga siswa mampu menyelesaian permasalah. Sosialisasi berlangsung di MTS Hasanah Pekanbaru pada hari Rabu/19 September 2023. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan persiapan dengan meminta izin ke sekolah. Saat pelaksanaan kegiatan digunakan metode penyampaian informasi dan tanya jawab. Jumlah Guru yang menhadiri kegiatan sebanyak 10 orang. Guru mengikuti kegiatan ini dengan seksama sehingga mampu memahami tentang critical thinking. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan Guru dapat memberdayakan critical thinking dalam proses belajar mengajar dan menjadikan critical thinking sebagai bagian dari asesmen yang dilakukan Guru di sekolah.
