Abstrak

Guru merupakan salah satu profesi yang rentan mengalami stres, hal ini berkaitan dengan beban kerja yang tinggi dan tuntutan dalam berhadapan dengan peserta didik dan orang tua. Stres kerja pada guru yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat berdampak negatif, seperti memburuknya kesehatan fisik dan psikis pada guru, menurunnya kualitas hasil pembelajaran, kualitas pengalaman pembelajaran, serta prestasi pada peserta didik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan stres kerja pada guru dengan membekali pengetahuan mengenai sisi positif stres kerja dan strategi pengelolaannya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode presentasi materi dan diskusi 2 arah dengan peserta kegiatan. Pengukuran efektivitas kegiatan diukur melalui kuesioner daring melalui google form yang diisi oleh 55 peserta kegiatan. Hasil analisis efektivitas kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan (p<0.001).
