Optimalisasi Tools Cerdas pada Artificial Intelligence untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Guru Sebagai Content Creator Literasi Numerasi Digital

Guru menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk menunjang pembelajaran, khususnya dalam pengembangan konten literasi dan numerasi digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru sebagai content creator berbasis AI. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui metode praktik langsung dan studi kasus, yang memperkenalkan tools AI seperti pembuat materi otomatis, infografis berbasis AI, dan analisis data pembelajaran. Output kegiatan meliputi video pembelajaran interaktif, modul digital adaptif, dan soal latihan berbasis AI yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru sebesar 23,65% berdasarkan perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Guru menunjukkan kemampuan lebih baik dalam menggunakan AI untuk menyusun konten digital secara efektif. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berdampak positif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan digital guru dan meningkatkan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi transformasi digital pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan interaktif.
