Optimalisasi Platform Pembelajaran Fisika Online melalui Pelatihan Guru untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMP

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan menuntut guru fisika untuk mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran guna meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi aktif siswa. Namun, di Kabupaten Ngada, para guru fisika SMP masih menghadapi kendala dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan platform pembelajaran online secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru fisika melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan platform pembelajaran digital, yaitu Google Classroom, Canvas, Padlet, Kahoot!, Nearpod, dan Genially. Program ini dilaksanakan bagi guru fisika di enam sekolah mitra menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan terhadap literasi digital dan kepercayaan diri guru dalam merancang pembelajaran fisika berbasis teknologi. Skor posttest guru meningkat rata-rata sebesar 37%, seluruh peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini bermanfaat, dan mayoritas guru menyatakan siap menerapkan platform digital secara rutin. Program ini menjadi salah satu model strategis dalam pengembangan kapasitas guru di daerah yang menghadapi tantangan dalam transformasi digital pendidikan.
