Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital kesehatan reproduksi siswa dalam mencegah kekerasan seksual. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 22 siswa SMK Al Falah Madani Kota Serang. Persiapan dilaksanakan pada 20–29 Juli 2026, sedangkan edukasi dan evaluasi dilaksanakan pada 30 Juli 2026. Metode kegiatan meliputi studi kasus, pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, pretest-posttest, dan komitmen bersama. Materi mencakup bijak bermedia sosial, pengenalan kekerasan seksual termasuk pelecehan seksual sebagai salah satu bentuknya, upaya pencegahan, serta langkah yang dapat dilakukan ketika menghadapi kejadian kekerasan seksual. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan kategori paham meningkat dari 5 orang (22,7%) pada pretest menjadi 18 orang (81,8%) pada posttest, atau meningkat sebesar 59,1 poin persentase. Seluruh peserta (100%) menyatakan komitmen “Jaga Kesehatan, Jaga Diri, Jaga Kehormatan”. Edukasi berbasis kasus dan diskusi interaktif menunjukkan hasil positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan kesadaran perlindungan diri terhadap kekerasan seksual.
