The Corn stalk and rice straw (Oryza sativa) are agricultural wastes that have the potential to be utilized as forage feeds for ruminants. The large area of rice fields owned by the Kabat Sub-district is matched by the large potential for agricultural waste. Kabat sub-district, through the BPP, launched a healthy agriculture program related to healthy feed, which has been socialized to assist farming groups. The most common problems faced by partners: agricultural waste (rice straw and corn stalks) in partners have not been utilized at all, polluting the environment; farmer groups do not have the knowledge and expertise in fermented feed, operating machines, and maintaining agricultural waste chopping machines; partners do not have facilities in the form of agricultural waste chopping machines; and human resources have not been able to conduct business analysis and record profits systematically. The appropriate solutions offered to partners are carried out in three stages: 1) socializing the making of animal feed to partners, 2) training in making feed using chopping machines and carrying out SOPs for machine maintenance, and 3) managerial training and product business analysis..
