Almost all farmers experienced unergonomic working positions with long durations and lead to low back pain. Intervention for reducing low back pain is still limited. Farmers only used balm and massage. Ergonomic exercise as a recreational, educational, and useful exercise is believed in reduce lower back pain. This community service, aims to carry out ergonomic exercises as a modality to reduce low back pain among farmers. A total of 30 farmers, the majority of whom were aged 17-25 years (33,3%), men (77%), had a high school education (60%), the average length of time working in the fields in one day was >5 hours (63,3%), and with a normal body mass index (BMI) (50%) participated in ergonomic exercise. The results stated that ergonomic exercise was able to reduce low back pain significantly (p 0.000). Cross-sector collaboration (villages, farmers, and health services) needs to be sought for the sustainability of the implementation of ergonomic exercises and to control factors characteristic of respondents that contribute to low back pain.
