Peningkatan Eksistensi Batik Gumelem Melalui Pelatihan Membatik Pada Sekolah Perempuan Kelopak Gayatri di Desa Gumelem Kulon

This study generally aims to determine the knowledge of the community regarding Batik Tulis Gumelem Kulon. The specific objective is to explore batik tulis Gumelem Kulon in order to provide more insight into the batik-making process and foster a sense of love for local products, and also to improve and develop the sector of Batik Gumelem Kulon craftsmen. The research method used is explorative. All existing data were obtained using observation, interview, and literature study techniques. From the findings and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that batik Tulis Gumelem Kulon is not yet well known by the surrounding community. The study's results can be used as a reference for further research to find further efforts and appropriate approaches in increasing the interest and talent of the community so that the preservation of batik tulis Gumelem Kulon can be maintained until later.
