Abstract

Tea is an agricultural product that is often used as a raw material for drinks that are popular with Indonesian people. One of the healthy lifestyles is to regularly consume probiotic drinks, especially the new product, namely kombucha tea, a combination of pink rose black tea. This activity focuses on (1) Health outreach and product manufacturing training (2) Utilization of plants (3) Adding processed products that have high selling value. The importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and improving processed products, especially at KWT Kurnia Lestari. The results and activities of this activity are high community enthusiasm, health outreach and training in making kombucha tea, seen from the aspect of increasing public knowledge and understanding, increasing by 70% from the posttest results, this community service method is effective in increasing knowledge and producing probiotic drink products
