Series Talk Mindfulness Cooking untuk Meningkatkan Kesehatan Mental pada Ibu-Ibu yang Tinggal di Australia

Berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi para ibu yang tinggal di Australia, mulai dari adaptasi, merawat anak sampai pada mindfulness cooking. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang mindfulness cooking para ibu yang tinggal di Australia. Metode pengabdian ini berbentuk Serial Talk melalui zoom meeting. Peserta terdiri dari 17 ibu-ibu yang tinggal di Australia. Setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian via zoom dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini memiliki manfaat yang signifikan bagi para ibu muda. Melalui praktik ini, para ibu dapat meningkatkan kesehatan mental sehingga dapat mengurangi stres, memahami lebih baik gizi makanan, memperkuat hubungan keluarga, mengembangkan kreativitas, mengelola waktu dengan lebih efisien, dan mengurangi pemborosan makanan. Pentingnya mindfulness cooking memberikan peluang untuk pemenuhan emosional, mengatasi gangguan eksternal, dan merawat diri sendiri. Selain itu, praktik ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan memasak.
