TIMGRAVID: Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Genealogis sebagai Upaya Konservasi Digital Situs Pemakaman Tradisional di Yayasan Sajarah Timbanganten Bandung

Yayasan Sajarah Timbanganten menghadapi masalah tata kelola pemakaman yang masih manual, tidak standar, dan rawan kehilangan data. Sebagai solusi, dikembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web bernama TIMGRAVID (Timbanganten Grave Information and Digitalization System) dengan lima fitur utama: pendataan jenazah, validasi silsilah keluarga, reservasi kavling daring, pelaporan administratif, dan denah digital pemakaman. Sistem ini dirancang agar lebih tertata dan mudah dipantau. Sistem dikembangkan melalui pendekatan partisipatif berbasis kebutuhan mitra menggunakan metode Waterfall delapan tahap. Implementasi sistem meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, mengurangi konflik klaim keluarga, dan mendorong literasi digital pengurus. Evaluasi terhadap enam responden (admin, approver, dan pengawas) menunjukkan 100% menyatakan sistem sesuai kebutuhan, 83,3% sangat puas terhadap pelaksanaan dan materi, serta 83,3% merekomendasikan keberlanjutan dan replikasi program serupa.
