Abstrak

Granadia manis atau yang sering disebut Konyal (Passiflora ligularis Juss) merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian buah di Kampung Pasir Angling, Desa Suntenjaya, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Kualitas dan nilai jual buah ini dapat menurun dengan cepat tanpa penanganan pasca panen yang tepat, seperti munculnya bercak coklat pada kulitnya. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diadakan pelatihan tentang prosedur pemanenan, pelapisan dengan Kitosan, pengemasan, serta pembangunan identitas merek. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini berlangsung pada Maret dan Juli 2023, bekerja sama dengan kelompok Tani Konyal Kampung Pasir Angling. Melalui metode pelatihan dan mediasi, petani belajar cara melindungi buah dengan pelapisan Kitosan dan membangun Identitas Merek (Brand Identity) mereka. Program ini terbukti memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi petani Konyal di daerah tersebut.
