Seiring perkembangan teknologi konstruksi, Building Information Modeling (BIM) telah menjadi alat penting dalam mengelola proyek konstruksi, termasuk untuk meningkatkan integrasi antar disiplin seperti arsitektur, struktur, dan MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, tim dari Program Studi Arsitektur Universitas Pembangunan Jaya (UPJ) berkolaborasi dengan mitra manajemen konstruksi dalam proyek apartemen di Bintaro. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pemodelan BIM pada disiplin arsitektur untuk mendeteksi ketidaksesuaian antar disiplin melalui proses clash detection. Pemodelan dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Autodesk Revit 2024 dan proses analisis dilakukan menggunakan Navisworks. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BIM mampu mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki konflik desain antar disiplin sejak tahap perencanaan. Kolaborasi ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi pengawasan konstruksi dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan di lapangan.
