Abstrak

Kelompok Asosiasi Pengusaha Industri Kecil (APIK) di Sulawesi Utara mengalami tantangan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi modern untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi kerajinan kelapa. Masalah utama mencakup keterbatasan akses teknologi, keterampilan teknis, dan pemasaran. Untuk mengatasi ini, tim pengabdian masyarakat melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan penerapan teknologi ukiran laser. Peserta pelatihan dibimbing menggunakan mesin laser untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk serta mempercepat proses produksi. Pelatihan pemasaran digital juga diberikan guna membantu peserta memperluas jangkauan pasar produk mereka. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan teknis dan pemahaman peserta mengenai teknologi ukiran laser. Pretest dan posttest mengindikasikan peningkatan skor pemahaman yang signifikan. Teknologi laser terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produk. Program ini diharapkan berkelanjutan dengan dukungan dari PLUT-KUMKM Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, yang akan memberikan fasilitas serta akses pasar bagi pengrajin APIK.
