Edukasi dan Pemeriksaan Resiko Cedera Ekstremitas Atas pada Anggota Komunitas Rajut Kota Malang

Aktivitas merajut yang melibatkan gerakan berulang, postur statis, dan posisi ekstrem pada tangan dapat meningkatkan risiko cedera muskuloskeletal ekstremitas atas. Komunitas Rajut Malang (KRM) melakukan teknik yubiami yang menuntut kerja intensif jari dan tangan tanpa dukungan ergonomis yang memadai. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan pemeriksaan risiko cedera ekstremitas atas menggunakan Strain Index. Hasil menunjukkan 68% anggota tergolong dalam kategori risiko berbahaya, 22% berisiko, dan 10% aman. Edukasi yang diberikan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota tentang risiko cedera, sehingga diharapkan dapat mendorong tindakan pencegahan. Kegiatan ini juga memberi pengalaman aplikatif bagi mahasiswa fisioterapi dalam melakukan analisis, edukasi, dan pemeriksaan pada komunitas. Hasil menunjukkan pentingnya intervensi dini dan edukasi ergonomi dalam mendukung produktivitas pengrajin rajut.
