Abstrak

Angka kejadian stunting dan dysbiosis yang tinggi di Kelurahan Pagerluyung, Kabupaten Mojokerto menunjukkan dua permasalahan utama: (1) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang batas pemberian air susu ibu (ASI) eksklusif dan makanan pendamping ASI (MPASI), serta (2) kurangnya sanitasi lingkungan. Penyuluhan dan sosialisasi pengaturan gizi anak serta pendirian fasilitas pengolahan air menggunakan sistem filtrasi menjadi upaya yang dirasa mampu untuk mengatasi stunting dan dysbiosis tersebut. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman tentang pengaturan gizi anak hingga 24 poin, dimana peningkatan ini diharapkan mampu menurunkan angka kejadian stunting di Kelurahan Pagerluyung di masa depan. Kombinasi sumur bor kedalaman 32 meter sebagai sumber air dan pengolahan air sistem filtrasi yang baru dibangun, terbukti mampu menyediakan air bersih yang memiliki kualitas lebih baik, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai TDS rendah, untuk masyarakat. Air bersih ini nantinya diharapkan mampu menurunkan angka kejadian dysbiosis di wilayah ini di masa depan.
