PLANNING MANAGEMENT OF ARABIC LANGUAGE PROGRAM AT DARUL LUGHAH AL-ARABIYAH INDONESIA

Abstract

Darul Lughah Arabiyah is one of the most famous foreign language learning institutions in Indonesia, which is located in Aceh. This research was conducted because the Darul Lughah has interesting programs, and some of the teaching staff are domestic and foreign graduates, and use a fun method that makes it easier for students to understand and understand Arabic quickly. This study aims to (1) Describe the vision and mission of the Darul Lughah Al-Arabiyah (2) Describe the planning management of Arabic Language Programs in Darul al-Lughah alArabiyah. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Data were obtained from informants who are teachers at the Darul Lughah. Data analysis in this study consisted of 3 stages, namely: Data Condensation, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results obtained in this study are: (1) Darul Lughah Arabiyah is an institution for teaching the Arabic language supervised by graduates specializing in the Arabic language in the Middle East. This Darul lughah was established in Aceh on 2016, and it aims to solve the problems of teaching the Arabic language in Indonesia, especially in speech. (2) The vision of Darul Lughah Arabiyah is to become the leading Arabic language education center, and it has several programs: 60 Days Arabic Fluent Program, Al Arabiyah Online Program, 1 Year Professional Program I'dad Mu'allimin, Arabic Teacher Training Program, Al Arabiyah lil Umrah wal Hajj Program and others.
