MANAJEMEN MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN PADA MI SUNAN AMPEL AMPELDENTO KEC.PAKIS KAB.MALANG

Abstrak

School management can refer to anything related to the management of the curriculum to achieve short-term medium-term or classroom goals. Tujuan The long-term goal of
this study is to identify school management to improve the quality of education which
includes: (1) school curriculum planning; (2) implementation of the school plan and (3)
barriers. This study used a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection method was through interview observation guide document. Principal Supervisors and
Teachers of Jahar PD School District are subjects in Primary Boarding Schools. Findings: (1) The schools project plan includes the following: Educational projects include: allocation of teaching responsibilities for teachers collection of teaching materials collection of teaching materials and resources or collection or development of school libraries evaluation of learning outcomes and curriculum activities; (2) Strategies for improving the quality of education including implementation of school programs socialization program SWOT analysis problem solving quality improvement monitoring
and evaluation of school program implementation. (3) Barriers to school program planning include lack of community involvement and financial difficulty in maintaining
schools that are not sufficiently involved. Principals are expected to improve the quality
of education in schools in an efficient and effective manner to guide and monitor the
school curriculum planning programs and any obstacles encountered.
