Abstrak

This research is motivated by the importance of preventing and overcoming the phenomenon of violence. This research will explain how to prevent and overcome the phenomenon of violence that often occurs in our society, both physical and non-physical violence. The focus of this research are: (1) What is the role of the school in preventing and overcoming violence in the school environment, (2) What is the role of the community in preventing and overcoming violence in the surrounding environment. This study uses a scientific study literature study. The results of the research include the participation of the school which includes educators, staff, OSIS members, and security guards in preventing and overcoming violence in the school environment. As for the scope outside the school includes parents, police, and the community
