IMPROVING AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT CAPABILITY THROUGH WORKSHOP FOR JATEN STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstrak

The ability to carry out authentic assessments is still inadequate, making researchers feel the need to make an effort to improve teachers' abilities in carrying out authentic assessments, with the hope that student learning outcomes can be measured comprehensively. This type of research is school action research. This research was carried out at UPT SD Negeri Jaten in November 2021 with the research subjects being all elementary school teachers at UPT SD Negeri Jaten. The data collection technique for this school action research is through qualitative data obtained from observations, interviews and document studies. This procedure includes the stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results of this school action research show an increase in the scores of each participant in the initial and final tests, the average score of participants increased from 57 to 80. From this it can be concluded that the school action research can be declared successful.
