Abstrak

Islamic Education System and Islamic Education Curriculum. Education is a process of activities that are planned, practical and have goals to be achieved. Various books that    contain discussions about education always try to formulate goals, both in general and specifically. The importance of the Islamic education system that must be obtained by the community has made Indonesia make regulations by establishing educational institutions that are based on basic Islamic religious education and the subject matter is the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah. Then the Islamic education curriculum is needed for a decisive component in an education system, because the curriculum is a tool to achieve educational goals as well as a guide in the implementation of teaching at all types and levels of education. The concept of the curriculum means manhaj, namely the bright path traversed by educators and their students to develop their own knowledge, skills and attitudes.
