Comparison of Customer Satisfaction in Pekalongan Batik Businesses towards Islamic Banks and Conventional Banks

The focus of the problem that the researchers raised in this study were the factors that affect customer satisfaction of batik entrepreneurs in Pekalongan at Islamic banks, in this case also comparing Islamic banks with conventional banks. In this case, batik entrepreneurs become customers of Islamic banks and conventional banks. The results of calculations for Islamic banks, where it is known that the t-test is not all of these variables individually have an influence on customer satisfaction of batik entrepreneurs in Pekalongan, the level of influence varies, from the highest to the lowest. The F test shows that all the six factors together influence customer satisfaction of batik entrepreneurs in Pekalongan. The results of the calculation for conventional banks, where it is known that the t-test shows that not all of these variables individually have an influence on customer satisfaction of batik entrepreneurs in Pekalongan, the level of influence varies, from the highest to the lowest. The F test shows that all the six factors together influence customer satisfaction of batik entrepreneurs in Pekalongan.
