This study aims to find out why someone becomes an agent of the Halal Network International-PT Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HNI-HPAI). Furthermore, how is the Sharia MLM system at HNI-HPAI and how is the analysis of community decisions to become Halal and Legal Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) agents. Meanwhile, the data shows that more and more people are interested in joining the HNI-HPAI agents, whether the products are consumed for themselves or as a business field. And the analysis of people's decisions to become agents, there is clarity or transparency regarding the network business strategy used, and the products sold, bonuses, and royalties on HNI-HPAI are based on ju'alah contracts where bonuses and royalties given to agents are based on merit. work of each agent.
