Islamic Economics Review on the Implementation of Panjer in Land Leases

This study aims to find out more clearly the review of Islamic economic law in the implementation of panjer in land leasing. Research with a qualitative approach, research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people and observable behavior. There are three research findings. First, the implementation of land leasing, the lease agreement is carried out voluntarily without any coercion from the parties. Second, in terms of Islamic law, the legal land lease is legal because it is following the pillars and conditions. And third, from the perspective of Islamic law and customs that exist in the environment, we can examine that as long as it does not deviate from Islamic law, transactions carried out in that area are allowed. Academic recommendations, research related to the application of advances (panjer) to leases will enrich the repertoire of Islamic scholarship in the application of Islamic economics. And further researchers are expected to use more data. As for the practical recommendations, the owner needs to explain the provisions or rules in leasing the land and the prospective tenant must respect the provisions owned by the owner of the leased object.
