TATA KELOLA STRATEGIK PENINGKATAN INOVASI DAERAH (STUDI PEMERINTAH KOTA PALEMBANG TAHUN 2020-2022)

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyelenggaraan peningkatan Inovasi Daerah dan mendeskripsikan tahapan strategi yang diterapkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Palembang berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 38 Tahun 2017 tentang Inovasi Daerah. Kota Palembang mengalami stagnansi inovasi pada tahun 2018. Namun pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022 berhasil menjadi kota terinovatif di Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi literature. Hasil studi menunjukkan Pemerintah Kota Palembang menggunakan lima tahapan kunci yang menjadi pilar dari strategi inovasi untuk menjadi kota terinovatif di Indonesia. Hasil kajian juga menunjukkan besarnya komitmen dan strategi yang tepat dari pemerintah daerah dapat meningkatkan inovasi dan daya saing daerah
