Dinamika Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Ibu Kota Negara (IKN): Peran Indeks Kemahalan Konstruksi, Tingkat Pengangguran, dan Investasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh indeks kemahalan konstruksi dan tingkat pengangguran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, dengan investasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) periode 2019-2023 dengan menggunakan data panel dari 10 kota wilayah IKN selama lima tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa jalur (mediasi) dengan menggunakan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara indeks kemahalan konstruksi dan tingkat pengangguran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Investasi infrastruktur konstruksi memberikan dampak positif jangka panjang melalui peningkatan kualitas infrastruktur dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Sebaliknya, tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi dapat menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi akibat menurunnya daya beli dan terbatasnya permintaan pasar. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perencanaan pembangunan infrastruktur yang matang dan berkelanjutan, serta upaya menciptakan lapangan kerja berkualitas untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif. Hasilnya memberikan wawasan penting bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pengembang dalam merencanakan pembangunan infrastruktur di IKN.
