Kemampuan Diversifikasi Pendapatan dan Keberlanjutan Keuangan UMKM Kuliner: Peran Mediasi Stabilitas Pendapatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan diversifikasi pendapatan terhadap keberlanjutan keuangan UMKM sektor kuliner, dengan stabilitas pendapatan sebagai variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 150 UMKM kuliner di Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah, menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan teknik bootstrapping untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan diversifikasi pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stabilitas pendapatan dan keberlanjutan keuangan. Stabilitas pendapatan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan keuangan serta memediasi secara parsial hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi meningkatkan keberlanjutan keuangan terutama melalui terciptanya pendapatan yang lebih stabil, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi UMKM dalam mengembangkan strategi yang mendukung pendapatan yang lebih berkelanjutan.
