Literasi Keuangan Sebagai Usaha Untuk Mencapai Financial Well Being: Sebuah Perspektif dari Generasi Z

Memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan berbagai jenis teknologi, cepat dalam mengakses informasi, dapat melakukan banyak hal sekaligus dibandingkan generasi sebelumnya, dan tanggap terhadap fenomena sosial di sekitarnya adalah beberapa kelebihan Generasi Z tumbuh menjadi generasi yang cerdas, terampil, kreatif, dan kritis dalam menggunakan teknologi. Usaha tersebut bisa dimulai dengan menyiapkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dari generasi penerus (Gen Z) menjadi tenaga kerja yang unggul dan terampil. Salah satunya adalah dengan meningkatkan literasi keuangan sehingga tercapailah kesejahteraan finansial. Masyarakat Sejahtera, negarapun Sejahtera. Merespons tantangan dan potensi Gen Z peneliti ingin menggali padangan mereka terkait keberadaan konsep kesejahteraan finansial dan kiranya faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan finansial tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa pandangan Gen Z akan kesejahteraan finansial adalah lebih berfokus pada kecukupan memenuhi kebutuhan
