Tekanan Institusional Relasional terhadap Kinerja Bisnis Perbankan Syariah di Wilayah Eks Karesidenan Malang

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara tekanan institusional dan kemampuan pemasaran dinamis (DMC), serta hubungan antara DMC dan kinerja perbankan Islam di bekas wilayah Malang. Studi ini melibatkan tujuh bank, yang terdiri dari 34 unit analisis, termasuk 7 kantor cabang dan 27 kantor cabang kecil. Pengolahan data menggunakan program Smart PLS 3.0 sesuai dengan hipotesis. Temuan penelitian ini: Pertama, infrastruktur institusional – mencakup aturan formal dan informal – secara signifikan mempengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dengan kondisi pasar. Kedua, DMC merupakan proses integratif menggabungkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sumber daya perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis terkait dengan pasar.   Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan menghubungkan tekanan institusional dengan pengembangan DMC, menekankan dampak kognitif dan strategisnya terhadap manajer. Implikasinya menyarankan perusahaan harus menyelaraskan strategi pemasaran dengan konteks institusional untuk mencapai kinerja berkelanjutan, serta mengarahkan studi masa depan tentang pembangunan kemampuan dalam lingkungan regulasi dan persaingan yang beragam.
