Publications Flow

The publication process applied in G-Tech: Jurnal Teknologi Terapan can be outlined as follows:

  1. Manuscript Submission (by the author).

  2. Initial Screening and Selection by the Editor-in-Chief (Pre-review). The Editor has the right to accept, reject, or review the manuscript directly. Before entering the review process, each submitted article undergoes a plagiarism check with a maximum allowed similarity rate of 20%.

  3. Manuscript Review (by peer reviewers) using a Double Blind Review system.

  4. Notification of Acceptance, Revisions, or Rejection (from the editor to the author based on reviewer comments).

  5. Article Revision (by the author).

  6. Submission of Revisions based on reviewer suggestions (by the author) follows the same process as point 1.

  7. If the reviewers are satisfied with the revisions made by the author, the Editor will send a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) via email or OJS.

  8. Proofing and Publication of the galley according to the journal’s publication schedule.

Steps 1 through 5 are considered one round of the peer-review process. Our review process is double blind.
