Abstract

This community service (PkM) aims to improve the knowledge and skills of students of SMK Negeri 1 Rasau Jaya Kubu Raya in oyster mushroom cultivation. The method of implementing this activity consists of planning, implementation (delivery of theory and practice of oyster mushroom cultivation), and evaluation (filling out questionnaires by participants). Participants gained knowledge and skills about oyster mushroom cultivation through theory and practice delivered by resource persons in this training. Based on the evaluation using the questionnaire sheet, it shows that the knowledge and skills about oyster mushroom cultivation by the training participants have increased. Participants did not know about oyster mushroom cultivation (66.67%), had known but had never practiced (20%), and had known and practiced (13.33%) before attending the training, while participants became aware (40%) and very aware (60%) after attending the training. Participants' responses regarding the mushroom cultivation training were useful (26.67%), very useful (73.33%), and inspiring (100%). Participants hoped to be able to practice oyster mushroom cultivation at school after attending this training.
