Abstract

The purpose of this dedication to the community is to give youth a container and psychoeducation on the importance of mental health in the age of society 5.0 so that they become healthy and productive people. Teenagers will be taught to understand the conditions they are facing today, how to deal with problems from within and out of themselves in the age of digitalization, and to encourage them to realize their dreams of a bright future by keeping them mentally healthy. The event was attended by 40 youths from two congregations, GMIT Sion and Betania Camplong, and lasted for two days, 26-27 August 2023. The methods of this psycho-educational activity are seminars, questions and answers, and sharing sessions. This PKM activity showed positive results, of participants becoming more aware of the importance of mental health. Especially 12–15 year olds are having trouble identifying themselves. The activity also improved the empathy of each participant through the sharing session at the end of the material.
