Regulasi Emosi terhadap Resiliensi atlet Pencak Silat

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh Regulasi Emosi Terhadap Resiliensi Atlet Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Gresik. Regulasi emosi adalah cara atlet dalam mengelola emosi dan menyeimbangkan dengan keadaan yang sulit sehingga atlet mampu merubah emosi negatif menjadi lebih positif. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan atlet dalam beradaptasi dari situasi atau masalah yang sedang dialami, kemampuan untuk bertahan, tidak mudah menyerah dan kemampuan untuk bangkit menyelesaikan permasalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel terdiri dari 41 atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik insidental. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Rsquare atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,189 dari regulasi emosi. Nilai Rsquare 0,189 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel regulasi emosi terhadap variabel resiliensi sebesar 18,9% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap resiliensi atlet Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Gresik.
