Keterikatan Kerja sebagai prediktor Eudaimonic Well-Being Pada Pegawai

Perkembangan Society 5.0 menempatkan sumber daya manusia sebagai pusat utama dalam keberhasilan organisasi, sehingga kesejahteraan pegawai menjadi aspek yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterikatan kerja dengan eudaimonic well-being pada pegawai. Penelitian menggunakan desain survei kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 135 pegawai tetap dari perusahaan di bidang jasa kebandarudaraan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur keterikatan kerja dan eudaimonic well-being. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan adaptasi dari skala yang telah teruji, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja memiliki hubungan positif dengan eudaimonic wellbeing. Pegawai yang memiliki semangat, dedikasi, dan penyerapan dalam pekerjaan cenderung mengalami makna hidup, pengembangan diri, dan kesejahteraan psikologis yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan keterikatan kerja sebagai strategi untuk mendukung kesejahteraan pegawai di tempat kerja.
