This study aims to examine the role of e-commerce and information technology in supporting digital entrepreneurship, focusing on e-commerce-based marketing strategies, operational efficiency through technological innovation, and e-commerce optimization for market expansion and business strengthening among MSMEs. This study employs SLR. The findings indicate that the integration of information technology into e-commerce supports marketing effectiveness by expanding market reach, increasing product visibility, facilitating customer interaction, and enabling the utilization of customer information. This integration improves operational efficiency through business process digitalization, electronic payments, inventory management, logistics integration, and data-driven decision-making. E-commerce optimization strengthens competitiveness and facilitates the transformation of MSME business models into more adaptive and sustainable forms. E-commerce and information technology interconnected in enhancing marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, market expansion, and the development of digital entrepreneurship among MSMEs.
