Abstrak

Kabupaten Pidie Jaya memiliki kerentanan banjir yang berdampak pada akses masyarakat terhadap air bersih. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan ketersediaan sarana air bersih, kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan air secara higienis, serta keberlanjutan pengelolaan sarana di Gampong Babah Krueng. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif melalui lima tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta penguatan keberlanjutan. Luaran utama sampai tahap laporan kemajuan adalah terselesaikannya satu unit sumur cincin komunal, terlaksananya pelatihan sanitasi, PHBS, pemeliharaan sumur, penyaringan air, dan penggunaan water quality tester 5-in-1, serta menghasilkan pembentukan kelompok pengelola sumur yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pemanfaatan dan pemeliharaan sarana secara berkelanjutan. Peserta pelatihan dan penerima manfaat berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian masalah dilakukan secara terpadu melalui penyediaan teknologi, peningkatan kapasitas, dan penguatan kelembagaan. Evaluasi kuantitatif peningkatan keberdayaan masyarakat masih menjadi tahapan lanjutan.
