Dangir-Tech: Inovasi Mekanisasi Pertanian untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Petani Jagung pada Proses Pendangiran

Permasalahan pendangiran manual yang masih dilakukan oleh petani jagung di Desa Wonosari berdampak pada rendahnya efisiensi kerja dan tingginya risiko kesehatan kerja. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin Dangir-Tech sebagai solusi mekanisasi pendangiran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei lokasi, perancangan dan pengembangan alat, pelatihan operasional, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Dangir-Tech mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu kerja lebih dari 40%, mengurangi kelelahan fisik, serta diterima baik oleh mitra petani. Evaluasi kepuasan menunjukkan lebih dari 90% responden berada dalam kategori puas hingga sangat puas. Penerapan teknologi ini dinilai berhasil mendorong perubahan praktik kerja yang lebih produktif dan sehat. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya inovasi lokal berbasis kebutuhan petani dalam mendukung modernisasi pertanian desa.
