The study aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Price Book Value (PBV), with Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as an intervening variable, at food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2024 period. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from the companies' annual financial reports. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 10 sample companies with 50 firm-year observations. The analysis techniques used in this study are panel data model estimation (Common Effect, Fixed Effect, Random Effect), the Chow test, Hausman test, Lagrange Multiplier test, classical assumption tests, panel data regression analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), Sobel test, and coefficient of determination test (R2), which are processed using Eviews 13. The research results show that ROE has a positive and significant effect on PBV, while DER has no significant effect on PBV. ROE and DER have no significant effect on DPR, and DPR has no significant effect on PBV. Simultaneously, ROE, DER, and DPR have a significant effect on PBV. Furthermore, DPR is not proven to mediate the effect of ROE or DER on PBV
