Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Non Fisik, Komunikasi, dan Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Wisata Kampung Lele

Abstrak

This study discusses human resource management regarding the influence of physical and non-physical work environment, communication, and work facilities on the performance of Wisata Kampung Lele employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, saturated sampling technique with a sample of 47 employees. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, and F test. The results of the study found that partially there is a positive and significant influence between the physical and non-physical work environment on the performance of Wisata Kampung Lele employees, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.000 <0.05. Communication partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Wisata Kampung Lele employees, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.000 <0.05. Work facilities partially have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Wisata Kampung Lele employees, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.000 <0.05. Physical and non-physical work environment, communication, and work facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Wisata Kampung Lele employees, this can be seen from the significant value of F of 0.000 <0.05
