Utilization of E-Banking Services by Islamic Banking Customers: A Study at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Kepanjen

Islamic banking is a growing banking system in Indonesia. Thus, various studies on Islamic banks are needed as support for academic studies for Islamic banking. One of the interesting topics is the habit of Islamic bank customers in using information technology-based facilities or what is called e-Banking. This study aims to examine the use of e-Banking facilities by customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Kepanjen. The purpose of this study was to determine the utilization of e-Banking services by customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Kepanjen. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. Primary data sources are obtained from measured interviews with 27 customers who come to the bank office. This study found that e-Banking services were not used optimally by customers. The reason is the age factor, the intensity factor of the use of banking services, and the customer's place of residence.
