IMPLEMENTASI PENGELOLAAN BANK MADANI SYARIAH (BMS) DI SMK AL-KHOZINI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the management of Madani Sharia Bank at Al-Khozini Vocational High School (SMK Al-Khozini) as a learning facility for practical Islamic banking education, particularly for students majoring in Islamic banking. In addition to serving as a learning laboratory, Madani Sharia Bank also conducts operational activities by providing financial services to the surrounding community. The results of the study indicate that the management of Madani Sharia Bank at SMK Al-Khozini has been implemented effectively, including the planning, execution, and evaluation of activities that actively involve students and encourage community participation. However, several challenges remain, such as limited human resources, uneven understanding of Islamic banking principles among students and community members, and administrative systems that still require improvement. Therefore, this study also aims to educate students and the community that Madani Sharia Bank can function optimally both as a practical Islamic banking laboratory and as a financial service institution operating in accordance with Sharia principles and Islamic economic values.
