Penerapan Fungsi Manajemen Pada Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Malang Bidang Pemberdayaan Nelayan Kecil

Abstract

Indonesia's sea area covers 7.7 million km2 with a coastline of 104,000 km2. Indonesia is known as the country with the largest mega-biodiversity in the world. Human Resources management plays an important role in empowering small fishermen by overseeing strategic plans for their development. Collaboration with related parties is needed to provide assistance, develop resources, and increase the production of small fishermen by up to 3%. In Malang City, evaluation, supervision, monitoring, coordination and cooperation are needed to increase the effectiveness of fishermen empowerment programs with the aim of increasing the welfare and production of fisheries products in the area. Empowering fishermen through material assistance, skills, infrastructure and training must be integrated, structured and involve effective management and adaptation to local needs.
