Turnover intention aktivitas individu pergi dari pekerjaannya atas kemauan dirinya sendiri Quarter-life crisis individu mengalami rasa takut menghafapi kehidupan di masa yang akan datang. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Adapun variabel bebas dalam studi ini yakni quarter of life dan variabel terikatnya ialah turnover intention. Populasi pada studi ialah gen z dengan total responden 50. Sampel diambil dengan purposive sampling. Uji analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan ada hubungan antara quarter life crisis dan turnover intention pada generasi gen z .
