Identifikasi Risiko Kecelakaan Kerja Menggunakan Metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) pada Rumah Produksi Tahu

Tahu production house as a complex work environment involves a production process with stages such as soybean processing, boiling, grinding, and tofu forming, which has the potential to endanger workers. This study aims to identify hazards in the tofu production process at the production house, apply the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method and propose risk control measures. Through a direct survey to 10 tofu production house workers, it was found that the tofu production process has many risks, potential hazards were further identified and analyzed by Job Safety Analysis (JSA) leading to control measures such as the use of personal protective equipment, regular monitoring, and emergency action training. The results show potential burn hazards, risk of hand injury, and potential explosion of the kettle. In conclusion, the application of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) in tofu production houses is important to identify and control hazards, minimize the risk of injury, and improve the safety and well-being of workers in the workplace.
