Manuscript Withdrawal

Withdrawing submitted or published manuscripts is not recommended. If the writer intends to retract the manuscript, the following rules must be followed:

1. Manuscripts may only be withdrawn for acceptable reasons. Must not withdraw the manuscript because it has been published in another journal.
2. The author must write a letter requesting the withdrawal of the manuscript to the chief editor, along with the reasons for withdrawal. Requests to withdraw the manuscript must know all the authors, evidenced by the signature.
3. If the manuscript being withdrawn is in the process of being submitted, the writer must pay 100,000 (IDR) or replace it with another article.
4. If the manuscript being withdrawn is being reviewed, the writer must pay 250,000 (IDR).
5. If the manuscript being withdrawn has been published, the writer must pay 500,000 (IDR).
6. Authors who refuse to pay the penalty fee or choose to replace it with another article because they decide to withdraw their article, the submitted article becomes the full property of the journal manager.
7. If the review process of the manuscript is more than 3 months, the writer can withdraw the manuscript without paying a fine.
8. If the author does not submit a revised manuscript (after being declared accepted by the journal manager) until the 2-edition publication limit has passed. In that case, the article will be declared invalid and the Article Processing Charge (APC) will be forfeited.
