Abstract
This study aims to analyze the mechanism of multi-service financing based on the Ijarah contract at BPRS Bhakti Haji Bululawang. The research method used is qualitative, through interviews, observations, and documentation of primary and secondary data. The results show that the financing mechanism begins with application and document verification, followed by eligibility assessment using the 5C principles (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition of economy), approval by the board of directors, and fund disbursement. The implementation complies with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 44/2004, with halal service objects, clearly stated ujrah (fees), and a definite term. Effectiveness factors include clarity of the ijarah object, certainty of benefits, compliance with sharia principles, and ease of service access. Financial data indicate an increase in multi-service revenue from IDR 124.44 million in 2022 to IDR 204.38 million in 2024, reflecting this product’s positive contribution to the bank’s profitability and operational sustainability, as well as its relevance in fulfilling community service needs in a sharia-compliant manner.
